Dr. Bill Chang is a vascular and endovascular surgeon specializing in prevention and treatment of vascular disease. He was trained in General Surgery at University of Missouri in Kansas City, MO and in Vascular Surgery at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. Dr. Chang is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the Society of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Chang is highly trained to treat diseases of the vascular system.
